Order cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched for delivery. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

How to cancel

To cancel an order, go to your order history in the app and select "Cancel Order." You can also contact our support team for assistance.

Refunds on cancellation

If you cancel an order paid online, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. COD orders that are cancelled incur no charges.

Seller cancellation

In rare cases, we may cancel an order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or delivery constraints. If we cancel your order, you will be notified and refunded in full.
