Return eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

How to request a return

Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will review the request and respond within 24 hours.

Refund process

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. For COD orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account or as store credit.

Non-returnable items

Items that have been consumed, opened beyond inspection, or reported after 24 hours of delivery are not eligible for return.
