Orders and payments

All orders are subject to product availability. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed at the time of order placement or upon delivery (COD).

Delivery

We deliver to serviceable areas within our delivery radius. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on demand and availability. Delivery fees apply based on distance and order value.

Product quality

We strive to deliver fresh, high-quality products. If you receive a damaged or unsatisfactory product, contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Limitation of liability

Mocari is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, transportation disruptions, or supplier issues.
